Rumble Resources is engaged in precious metal and base metal exploration, development and mining projects. As of December 31, 2010, it had interests in three project areas with a focus targeting gold in Western Australia. On February 26, 2011, it entered into an agreement with Sammy Resources Pty Ltd to acquire 51% of the Forrestania Project. On March 15, 2011, it entered into an agreement with Venture Minerals Ltd to acquire 51% of the Paulsens South Project. On March 15, 2011, it entered into an agreement with Scott Wilson to acquire an 80% interest in Bulong Project.
