UBS have downgraded their recommendation for the Austbrokers Holdings (AUB) stock from Buy 2 to Neutral 2 with the share price target falling by 10 cents to $3.50. The downgrade comes as insurance premiums remain weak and as a result the broker has lowered FY06 earnings expectations by 6.4%. However, the UBS forecast remains above the prospectus forecast.
