These include smartcard enabled EFTPOS terminals, bank branch equipment, internet payment gateways, network carriage and smartcard softwares and applications. KYC through its payment solutions division is engaged in the development of electronic payment terminals and their supply under managed payment service agreements (MPSAs).

Keycorp, Archer Capital Takeover Bid


Eftpos and point-of-sales services company, Keycorp (ASX:KYC), has been offered a takeover bid by private equity group, Archer Capital. The group has offered 58 cents a share for Keycorp, valuing the company at $47 million. Keycorp's directors have recommended shareholders of KYC to vote in favour of the takeover bid in the absence of a superior offer.
