Uranex (UNX) is an uranium explorer with projects located in Australia and Tanzania. Its key projects include Bahi in Tanzania and the Bynoe project in the Northern Territory and the Thatcher Soak Project in Western Australia. UNX was incorporated on 4 July 2005 as a public company and listed on the Australian stock market (ASX) on 25th October, 2005.

Uranex's Tanzania interests include the Bahi, Mkuju and Ambussel projects which cover an area of 15,200 sq Km.
