Tishman Speyer Office Fund (TSO) makes investments in a high quality portfolio of US based office properties. The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 1st December, 2004. The Company holds interest in 18 commercial office complexes based in the United States. It also has interest in three properties in the New York Metropolitan area including 300 Park Avenue and CitySpire located in Midtown Manhattan and Greenwich American Centre in Fairfield County, Connecticut. The Company holds interest in Bala Plaza which is a three-building office complex in addition to a Saks Fifth Avenue retail store, based in the Bala Cynwyd submarket of Suburban Philadelphia. TSO has interest in Maple Plaza, 407 North Maple Drive and Beverly Mercedes Place, based in Beverly Hills, California. In May 2007, its United States subsidiary acquired an interest in the portfolio of The Beverly Hills. In October 2007, the affiliates of Tishman Speyer Real Estate Venture VII, L.P. and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc jointly acquired Archstone-Smith Trust.
