Regional Express Holdings (REX) is an airline providing passenger, charter and freight transport services to regional south-east Australia. REX is essentially a merger of two regional airlines in Australia; Hazelton and Kendell. The airline services a number of state capitals and regional centres, including Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Dubbo and Broken Hill. REX's fleet is made up of 38 Saab340 aircrafts and a total of 78 aircraft. REX operates more than 1,200 flights per week to 23 destinations.
Mermaid Marine Australia (MRM) provides a diverse range of marine-related services to major oil and gas exploration and production companies. MRM operates an extensive charter vessel fleet including tugs, pipe-laying platforms, supply vessels and diver support vessels. MRM also provides slipway and onshore support facilities. The company's supply bases are located in Dampier and Broome. Vessel operations are responsible for the bulk of the company's revenue and earnings. In 2007 MRM opened an office in Singapore.
Lindsay Australia Limited (LAU), is an integrated transport, logistics and rural supply company. The group’s major activities are (1) Road transport, logistics, and warehousing services (2) Specialist services to rural suppliers, with an emphasis on the horticultural industry.
Lindsay Australia was listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) in December 2002. Also in December 2002, the company merged with P&H Rural Supplies, forming one of Australia's largest private transport companies.
KFM Diversified Infrastructure and Logistics Fund (KIL) is a fund company which invests in a portfolio of infrastructure, utilities securities and logistics investments in Australia and overseas. KIL is managed by Kaplan Funds Management. Permanent Investment Management Limited (PIML) is the responsible entity of the fund.

CTI Logistics (CLX) provides transport and security services, printing, paper converting, manufacturing of plastic products and investment. The company listed on the 2 December 1987. It also provides manufacturing, security and other services, which includes the manufacturing of plastic products and provision of security services. Its subsidiaries include Bring Transport Industries Pty Ltd, Mercury Messengers Pty Ltd, CTI Security Services Pty Ltd, CTI Transport Systems Pty Ltd, CTI Taxi Trucks Pty Ltd, CTI Security Systems Pty Ltd and CTI Fleet Management Pty.
Chalmers (CHR)'s principal activities are road transport, warehousing, bulk materials handling, container storage, repairs and sales. The majority of the company's revenue is generated from the transport division, which also provides approximately half of the company's profits. Major activities comprise road transport, general warehousing and handling and storage of bulk products. The Company operates in two business segments: transport and containers. The transport segment consists of road transport and general warehousing.
Virgin Blue Holdings (VBA) operates in the transportation industry providing airline travel services primarily in Australia. The Company engages in the operation and development of the Virgin Blue group of companies which include Virgin Blue, Pacific Blue (Aust), Pacific Blue (NZ), Polynesian Blue and V Australia. Virgin Blue Holdings listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 8th December, 2003. Virgin Group has a majority shareholding in the Company.
RiverCity Motorway Group (RCY) is a Queensland toll road company that will be the operator of the first private toll road - the Clem Jones Tunnel (CLEM7) in Brisbane. RiverCity Motorway Group engages in the financing, designing, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the Brisbane North-South Bypass Tunnel (NSBT) as a toll road until 2051 under a 45-year concession with the Brisbane City Council (BBC). The Company will hand back the North-South Bypass Tunnel to Brisbane City Council at the end of the 45-year concession period.
K&S Corporation (KSC) is a provider of truck freight transportation and logistics and warehousing services, with operations in Australia and New Zealand. Its services mainly consist of transport and logistics, contract management, wharf, local and interstate cartage, warehousing and distribution, and fuel distribution. KSC listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 25th of August, 1971. The Company is based in Mount Gambier, South Australia.
