The Group was established in 1989 as a small manufacturer of Umbrellas and has since grown to be a major manufacturer and exporter of leisure outdoor furniture and Umbrellas on a global basis.

The Group has evolved into a mainstream and contemporary outdoor leisure furniture and umbrella manufacturer exporting on a global basis. The companies manufacturing facilities are located in Songxia Town, Shangyu City, Zhejiang Province China which is south of Shanghai. The Company has won a number of Prestige National Awards for its “FENGYU” brand of Umbrellas and is constantly reviewing its product mix to ensure it is line with international supply demands.
