Geothermal Resources (GHT) specialises in the exploration for hot rock geothermal energy resources though its key projects; the Frome and Crower project near the Cooper Basin region in South Australia. The Frome project is located in the Curnamona Craton, commonly known for its uranium, thorium and abnormally radiogenic granites. While the Crower project is endowed with granite plutons and have indicated high heat flows in the area. GHT aims to explore and develop these energy sources. The company listed on the ASX on the 21st March 2006 under the code GHT.
Enviromission (EVM) develops large-scale renewable energy projects and provides a range of sustainable energy efficient products and services. EVM plans to build the worlds first solar thermal power station in Australia by 2005. The company listed on the 6 August, 2001. The Company’s subsidiaries include SolarMission Limited, Pure Solar Power (IP) Pty Ltd, EnviroMission (USA) Inc and SolarMission Technologies Inc (USA). On December 19, 2008, the Company acquired SolarMission Technologies Inc.

Eneabba Gas (ENB) aims to explore UCG in the regions north of Metropolitan Perth. ENB has the long-term focus on successfully building a UCG powered gas turbine station that will be capable of supplying 100-MW electricity into the community grid in the local area. ENB was established on the 12 December 2003.
Infigen Energy (IFN) or “Infigen” is a global independent renewable energy Company engaged in the ownership and maintenance of wind energy generation assets. IFN holds interest in 41 wind farms that are spread across Australia, the US, Germany and France. Infigen Energy listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 28th October, 2005.
Challenger Infrastructure Fund (CIF) is a global diversified infrastructure fund, with operations in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. The Fund makes investments in regulated and contracted monopoly-like assets. Energy World Corporation (EWC) is an exploration company engaged in the exploration, exploitation and production of gas and oil predominately in Australia and Indonesia. The Company also engages in the design construction, operation and maintenance of gas processing plants and gas pipelines. Its other operations include the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of power stations as well as development and production of liquefied natural gas (LNG), design, construction, operation and maintenance of LNG plants and road transport of LNG.
Geodynamics (GDY) is solely focused on the development of renewable geothermal energy from Hot Fractured Rocks in Australia. The Company’s HFR geothermal tenements are held in New South Wales, Queensland and in the north-eastern part of South Australia. The Company holds two geothermal exploration licences in South Australia and two in New South Wales, with one of its resource in the Cooper Basin. Geodynamics listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 12th September 2002. HDR geothermal energy depends on existing technologies and engineering processes.
Babcock & Brown Power (BBP) is a leading power generation business. The principal activities of the Company include the development, operation and acquisition of the power generation portfolio. BBP listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 11 December, 2006. As at fiscal 2008, the Company held interests in 12 operating power stations, with installed generation capacity of 3,000 megawatts and construction of two power stations in progress. The Company also holds interests in a range of other related power assets, comprising the Western Australia retail assets of Alinta.
SP AusNet (SPN) is a leading energy delivery business, with operations in Australia and New Zealand. The Company is focused on the supply of gas and electricity along with the transmission of electricity. To date the company employs over 1,300 staff, engaged in the management of around $6.3 billion electricity and gas network, providing services in excess of one million consumers in south east Australia. SP AusNet listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 14th of December, 2005.
