The Company is a part of ASX 300 index, with a market capitalisation of more than $70 million. To date the Company employs circa 3,000 people providing services in IT&C and Utilities sectors. UXC operates through three business segments: the Business Solutions Group, the Field Solutions Group and the Intellectual Property (IP) Ventures Group.
