Vmoto (VMT) is a global scooter manufacturing and distribution group based in Perth. The Company specialises in hi tech motor scooters and All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) using production facilities situated in China. Vmoto also operates an international scooter and ATV trading and distribution company based in Shanghai. Vmoto is an Australian based motorcycle brand founded in 2002 by entrepreneurs Patrick Davin and Bill Ali. The company was listed on Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 31 January, 2002.

Vmoto has become the Australian market leader in hi tech Scooters, outselling many of the global "institutional brands" with modern design cues and modern and classic European inspired retro designs. The Vmoto brand name is registered in 15 countries world wide and is currently sold in Australia, United States and New Zealand, with plans to launch into additional international markets.

The Company operates in three business segments: scooters; all terrain vehicles (ATV), and engines. The scooter, ATV and engine segments are managed on a worldwide basis, but operate in three principal geographical areas: Australia, China and Spain. In China, manufacturing facilities are operated in Nanjing, and a sales office is operated in Shanghai. VMT shares are traded on the Australian stock market.
