The company provides end-to-end business process integration services to the corporate and government sectors, particularly in the travel and tourism sectors. World.Net was first listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in 2000. It's head office is located in Sydney.
World.Net's differentiating factor is its ability to build Internet applications relevant to specific markets and for a range of clients. This enables it to offer its customers a variety of services which enable them to develop a strong e-business presence, and a marketing strategy utilising a variety of Internet tools.

The Company’s products include Travel.World.net (TWN), which is an integrated multi-user reservations and distribution system for use by suppliers and buyers of travel and tourism product, and ROSTA2000 (R2K), which is a labor management rostering system. The Company provides services in connection with the implementation, hosting, and maintenance and support of its products. The Company’s subsidiaries include World.Net Services (UK) Limited and World Net Services Sdn Bhd.
