Extraordinary General Meeting

SRZ is scheduled to have an EGM on January 25, 2012, 10:30 a.m., at Christie Offices Conference Room, Lower Ground Floor, 454 CollinsSt., Melbourne, Victoria. • Equatorial Resources (EQX) is a company engaged in mineral exploration. EQX is going to hold an EGM on January 25, 2012, 10:00 a.m. (WST), at the Plaza Level, BGC Centre, 28 The Esplanade, Perth, Western Australia. Agenda: To consider the approval of the equatorial employee performance rights plan; to consider the approval of the equatorial contractor performance rights plan; and to consider the approval of the grant of performance rights to a Director--John Welborn.
